Why Would Anyone Give A Dime To Pay Off Hillary's Debts?

It seems lately that every few days I witness something that makes me think the entire world has gone crazy, or maybe it is just me.  The latest shock to the mind of Jim Paris, a perplexing question, “Who would give Hillary Clinton a dime to pay off her campaign debt?”

Chris Matthews and other commentators have been reporting with some degree of surprise that Hillary’s 23 million dollar campaign debt is not being paid down by Obama donors.  Can someone tell me why Obama’s supporters should give one penny to Hillary Clinton?  What further infuriates me is the idea that somehow this is to be expected by the Clintons.  Left wing commentators are suggesting that if Obama wants the Clinton’s support he has to get his followers to pay Hillary’s campaign debt.  This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard.  If Obama goes along with it, he lacks the Chicago street sense that got him this far.  I grew up in Chicago and know that the first rule of survival is not giving in to bullies. 

These are tough times.  People are losing their homes, can not afford gas, and are struggling to survive.  Hillary spent more money than she had in her campaign fund (a typical politician), that his her problem.  If Obama is for change, start with not being pushed around by the Clintons.  The Clinton’s will do just fine with their reported net worth in excess of 100 million dollars.  I am sure Bill can pick up the phone and get whatever money he needs from his cronies in the Middle East that built his library.
